Selected transformations
Turned a loss-making in-house sales unit into an independent, JV-capable cross-media platform — nine-figure revenue, hundreds of millions in managed ad spend, restored to profitability, covering most of the German population. Led 330 people through the transformation and structured a joint venture cleared by the Federal Cartel Office.
Scaled a buy-and-build commerce-advertising platform to nine-figure revenue across Germany, the UK and Europe; unified brand, product and pricing across formerly founder-led entities into one operating model.
Consolidated three sales organizations into one of Germany's leading digital reach portfolios within a listed media group.
How I lead
My core strength is leading people at any scale — I have built and led commercial teams from five to over three hundred, through the change rather than from above it. I read complex organizations in weeks, set priorities where there was standstill, steer the P&L, and report cleanly into boards, shareholders and supervisory boards — leaving a stabilized organization ready for permanent leadership.
